Il dispose de beaucoup de claies superpos\u00e9es qui permettent de fumer une grande quantit\u00e9 de poissons a la fois. La condensation de la chaleur dans ce four est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e parce que la porte m\u00e9tallique\u00a0 en emp\u00eache les pertes.\u00a0Les poissons fumes sont les bars, les dorades, les capitaines, le machoiron, l\u2019H\u00e9t\u00e9rotis, le poisson chat, la sole.\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><a
