The artificial reproduction of grey mullet has ben attempted and initiated in some Mediterranean countries whereas mullet is an important food fish. The video was filmed in a marine hatchery in Alexandria, Egypt. At 25 C, the incubation period for fertilized eggs till hatching is about 110 hours.
