Dried fish consumption is not as high because the Andean people are not accustomed to eat the kind of fish.<\/p>\n

However, this product occurs mainly in the district of Carqu\u00edn – Huacho), while this product is a good choice of food, especially for the people of the mountains and forests of Peru that are more accustomed salted and dried products. Usually, as the salting and drying process is performed manually, the production cost is generally low.<\/p>\n
