The inserted photo was taken on August 3, the first technical day of the \u201cFish Culture Development \u2013 Africa\u201d training course for 2015. This 3-month course is being organized by the Egyptian International Center for Agriculture – EICA\u201d and jointly supported by EICA and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The course this year hosts 15 participants from 9 African countries. The photos show Dr. Abdel Rahman El Gamal and the course participants:<\/p>\n
