The proposed location of this project is Lake Kive , Rwanda. The project document started with background information on fish consumption in Rwanda and in the chosen location of the project. The consumer preference to tilapia has been also addressed. The selection of cage site, cage design and other elements are all covered with a target production of 40 tons of tilapia\/year in two production cycles.
