The technical session of the 75-day \u201cFish Culture Development” training course started in Cairo on the 9th<\/sup>\u00a0of October, 2016. This course has been annually organized and supported by the Egyptian International Centre for Agriculture (EICA) since 1989 for participants from Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
