Fish fingerlings shown in one photo are either delivered or picked up in the or by the respective provinces or municipalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second photo shows packs of fingerlings that were picked up by one of the municipalities in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) to be dispersed to their constituent fisherfolk beneficiaries.
