The inserted photo was taken on July 15, the\nfirst technical day of the \u201cFish Culture Development \u2013 Africa\u201d training course\nfor 2019. This 3-month course is annually organized since 2004 and jointly\nsupported by the Egyptian International Centre for Agriculture – EICA\u201d and Japan\nInternational Cooperation Agency (JICA). The course this year hosts 14\nparticipants as three participants are expected to join the program in the next\nfew days. It is always a pleasure to contribute to these courses and meet such\nwonderful group of African friends. The photo shows Dr. Abdel Rahman El Gamal\nand the course participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
