It\nshould be emphasized that the spotting of ovulation time is critical regarding\nthe subsequent phases including fertilization till hatching bearing in mind\nthat if ovulated eggs are not stripped within specific period, eggs turn\noverripe and hence cannot be fertilized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video shows two female undergoing the stripping process.\nThe first females seems not ovulating yet and she may ovulate shortly after as\nbatch of eggs obtained was unnoticed. On the other hand, the second female was\novulating as the stripping went easy and eggs are flowing freely uninterrupted.\n\nThere are several observations which could be\nmentioned here including that the handled females were not anesthetized\nprobably because of their relative to medium sizes.
