The culture takes place in ponds\nwith geomembrane liner. The technology applied depends on biofloc. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In such\nintensive system, up to 100 kilos per cubic meter can be achieved conditioned\nto optimum design of rearing facilities as well as the high technical\nmanagement of the farm.\n\nAccording to experts,\nit is possible to establish 10 circular tanks on an area of less than half a\nhectar (5000 m<sup>2<\/sup>). It was possible to produce between 4 to 5 tons of\nharvested fish per month.
