This is a\u00a0swampy land that is\u00a0managed by the community and utilized for aquaculture. It is Tikauli\u00a0 ghole\/Swampy land which is situated in Chitwan District of Nepal. It is one of\u00a0the best examples of community based aquaculture in gholes. It is under community control. Community stock the fish and harvest it. Others are not allowed to fish in this Gholes. It is registered. Fish species stocked are Common carp, Silver, Bighead , Grass, Rohu (Labeo rohita), Bhakur (Catla catla) and Naini (Cirrhinus mrigala). No application of feeds.<\/span><\/p>\n
