After the repeated failure of Penaeus monodon (giant tiger prawn) culture due to white spot disease, shrimp farmers are now resorted to the culture of whiteleg shrimp, Liptopenaeus vannamei\u00a0in the brackish water ponds. The picture represents successful operation of Vanamei farming.<\/span><\/p>\n
