This\u00a0proposal covers a fish farm project in Madagascar. The background information and justifications led to the formulation of this project which has been developed by a team of trainees who participated during 2010\u00a0in the Fish Culture Development training course which is annually hosted by the Egyptian International Centre for Agriculture (EICA). The objectives of this project have been stated and the species of choice are Nile tilapia and mirror carp. Farming facilities and practices are included such as the project acreage, water source, stocking density, pond management, fertilization of supplemental feed. The economic analysis of the project has been included. The\u00a0project proposal has been developed under the supervision of Dr. Abdel Rahman El Gamal.<\/span><\/p>\n
