Uganda exports considerable quantities of fish products especially Nile perch, <em>Lates niloticus<\/em>. The principal fishery products are chilled &amp; frozen fillets, fish maws, fats &amp; red meat, skin, head and flanks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>We decided not to watermark the photos in order not to upset its clarity.
