The photos show an intensive marine fish farm designed for marine fish farming. Underground water with 26 g\/l salinity is the only water source. Fish species cultured are European seabass (Dicentrachus labrax) and gilthead seabream (Sparus auratus). The average fish production is about 20 kg\/m3<\/sup>. In the present, the water discharged from the fish farm is used -on experimental basis- for farming three salt-tolerant plant crops that are namely salicornia, atriblex and sueda. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
