This international workshop has been organized by Afro-Asian Rural Development Organization (AARDO) and hosted by Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Sultanate of Oman. The workshop was held in Muscat during the period 8-12 September, 2007. The promotion of small-scale aquaculture was the principal objective of the workshop. Among the workshop activities, country reports were presented. Also, invited speakers contributed in the workshop. Dr. Abdel Rahman El Gamal contributed to this workshop as a key speaker.<\/p>\n
