The photos show the bloom and collection of algae from a body of water. This algae species is well accepted by tilapia in addition to its adequate nutritional value. The algae are offered to tilapia in its original shape (unprocessed). This type of algae is characterized by its fast growth and hence could contribute significantly to tilapia feeding in Benin.
