The photo shows women who living in and around the Tonle Sap Great Lake in Cambodia are enjoying in preparing fish paste-PRAHOK- for their families. Prahok which is a famous type of preserved fish in Cambodia is characterized by its strong and distinct flavor and can be eaten cooked or fried usually with rice. Prahok is considered important food stuff in the countryside or poor regions especially when fresh fish is in short supply.
