This video shows a unit of cages located in Rayaan Depression, Fayoum, Egypt. Demand feeders are commonly used in cages. As we see in the video, demand feeders are covered to avoid feed loss by birds.

Hand grading of harvested tilapia in a commercial tilapia farm in Egypt (Video)
The video has been taken in a commercial fish farm for Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus. Farm crew is sorting fish in size grades although as shown in the video that the majority of harvested fish falls in the premium size. It worth mentioning that prices vary significantly according to size grades.
